LICENSE AGREEMENT

  1. DEFINITIONS

FRONT is an online store offering high-quality digital mockups for designers, brands, and creatives.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from FRONT, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement (“LICENSE”).

“CONTENT” refers to all mockups provided by FRONT — including paid, free, or promotional products — and any associated files such as PSDs, JPGs, PNGs, or related assets.

FRONT may revise this LICENSE at any time without prior notice.

2. LICENSE TIERS

We offer three license options to suit different types of users and project scopes:

SOLO LICENSE (default)

For individuals or freelancers using mockups in personal work, portfolios, and basic client presentations. No advertising or resale allowed.

STUDIO LICENSE

For small studios, freelancers working with clients, or brands using mockups across multiple internal projects. Includes social media use and limited advertising.

AGENCY LICENSE

For agencies or large-scale brands using mockups in commercial campaigns, paid ads, websites, packaging previews, or print products. Also covers extended usage and limited resale (see below).

You must purchase the correct license tier based on your intended use. If in doubt, please reach out for clarification.

3. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

All CONTENT on the site is the intellectual property of FRONT. Purchasing or downloading CONTENT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under the selected tier. You do not own the CONTENT.

Logos, branding, or product names used in preview images belong to their respective owners and are shown for demonstration purposes only.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any mockup in its original or modified form

  • Share editable source files (like PSDs) with clients or collaborators

  • Include mockups in products meant for resale (e.g., themes, design kits) unless explicitly covered by the Agency License

  • Use FRONT mockups in illegal, defamatory, or discriminatory content

5. DELIVERY POLICY

All products are delivered digitally via instant download. After completing your order, download links will be available on the confirmation page and sent via email.

If your link expires or a download fails, contact us at hi@to-the-front.com for assistance.

6. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions will only be made in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • File corruption or missing assets

  • Product not matching description/previews

Requests for a refund are accepted at hi@to-the-front.com within the period of 14 calendar days after the order is placed. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

7. MODIFICATIONS

FRONT reserves the right to update this License Agreement at any time. Continued use of our products indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
